Who we are
Praesora Consulting was established in 2026 as a consortium of three internationally recognized experts, Dr. Shane Bryans, Terry Hackett, and Tony Hassall, bringing together over 100 years of combined professional experience across more than 50 countries. The name Praesora reflects our commitment to foresight, sound judgment, and clear direction in complex operating environments. Our consortium model enables us to combine deep technical expertise, global operational experience, and extensive international networks to support governments, international organizations, development partners, and civil society actors in addressing some of the most complex challenges in criminal justice, detention, and security sector reform..
